All members must agree to these terms and conditions, before any payment, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions, if you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from placing any order in our discord.

➟ Payment

1.1 All work begins upon receipt of 50% or 100% of payment. 1.2 If 50% is paid in advance, the remaining 50% will be required before receipt of the product. 1.3 We only accept the payment method via paypal. (If you have another payment method, it must be mentioned at the beginning of the project, so that we can analyze a possible agreement with this payment method.) 1.4 We charge a fee of 10% of the combined amount to cover paypal fees. 1.5 You must provide our team member with as much detail of your order as possible, if items are added midway through the process and not mentioned at the beginning of the order, the team member is allowed and may charge an extra fee for this.

➟ Refunds & Cancellation

2.1. If the order was canceled before work began, you will receive a full refund. 2.2 If you do not like or are not satisfied with the final product, you have the right to request a refund, as you will only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the initial value, due to the work already completed.

➟ Eligibility

3.1 To place an order on our team, you must be over 18 years old or 14 years old with your parents' permission. 3.2 Before any order you have to accept this term of service.

➟ Resale

4.1 You are not permitted to claim any Tword Studios work as your own. 4.2 You are not permitted to resell any products made by Tword Studios without permission. (Resale rights can be acquired for an additional fee of 40% of full payment). 4.3 We reserve the right to publish any project on our social media or portfolio, if you do not want to publish your name, just contact us.

➟ Commission Process

5.1 If you only paid 50% of the combined payment, you must pay the remaining balance before receiving the product. 5.2 Once the order is initiated, you will only have 24 hours to order any major changes, other important requests will be billed separately. 5.3 Once the product is finished and delivered, you will only have 7 days to request any changes at no additional cost. (Remembering that this is for small requests, if you request something that will completely change the project and give the team member much more work, he will be allowed to charge an extra fee).

➟ We are not responsible for

5.1 We are not responsible for any file loss, you are fully responsible for maintaining the final file of work performed after the ticket has been filed 5.2 We are not responsible for the actions of our customers or team members beyond our discord.

➟ Cancel order

6.1 If the order has been canceled, you will have a refund made within 3 business days. 6.2 I have the right to deny any project, so if it is denied, you will receive a full refund.

➟ Some rules

7.1 We do not accept any kind of disrespect in our discord or within any ticket 7.2 If you disrespect some of these rules or even not mentioned here or in our discord in the RULES category, you will be punished for it. 7.3 If your order is already paid for and in production and you do not comply with any of these rules, your order will be canceled, you will be refunded and removed from our discord. 7.4 We will not accept any disrespect.

➟ Terms of Service Agreement

8.1 These terms are valid as long as you have them on our server, or if you have completed a project with us. 8.2 I have all the rights to change these terms of service at any time and at any time I wish. 8.3 By purchasing any project with Tword Studios, you agree to these terms of service.
